DEADLINES / MEMBER ARTIST FEES

  • NO COMMISSION will be charged.

  • Participation Fee  - Members -  $150 per space, Non-members - $185 per space

  • You may now submit your fee only and send up tothree jpegs and an artist's statement later.  Good jpegs and artist statements are essential to create good marketing for the event and will be featured in print media, and on a new dedicated web page that will become live as we receive your jpegs.  

  • Registration is open to all MAGG members and Non-Members.  Not a MAGG member?  Click to Join or Renew today!  Membership is $50 annually.

  • Acceptance is on a first-come basis until the 30 spaces are full.  If your payment is accepted, you are registered for a space.

  • NO Refunds or Cancellations

  • Artists are responsible for their own sales and for filing sales tax returns.

  • Spaces may be shared but the same fee applies per artist.

  • WiFi in the building will NOT be reliable so bring a device with cell data or be able to tether to your phone to process credit cards with a service like Square.

  • 6-foot tables WILL be provided for a $25 fee.  You must sign-up and pay for a table.

MAGG WILL PROVIDE OR ARRANGE FOR:

  • A police officer present for the duration of the event.

  • Liability insurance for set-up and day of the event in case of injuries.  We are NOT insuring your work so please be vigilant.

OTHER INFO YOU NEED TO KNOW:

Set up 8 - 10 am. Clean up 4 - 5 pm. Depart 5 pm sharp.

Each artist will rent a 6' x 8' space which may be filled if desired, edge to edge with furnishings.  Each artist's space will be surrounded by common area, which may not be used for anything except pedestrian traffic.  Electricity will be available to all spaces.  Food, liquid refreshment and adult beverages will be available.  Thirty (30) spaces are available to rent.

 

HOW TO PARTICIPATE AS A VOLUNTEER

We will need some extra help with set-up on Saturday, with hospitality, artist breaks, and greeting guests.  Also we need help putting signs out in the morning and collecting them after the event.  If you would like to join us, please contact Diane Treuman at 678-525-5439 to let her know what hours you are available.
